Inspection Trips Now Available

We are now offering inspection Trips! Once you have made up your mind to make an investment in Cyprus, then it is time to book your Inspection Trip. These trips have been introduced to provide our valued clients the opportunity to come to Cyprus in and personally view the properties in which they are interested and to familiarise themselves with local areas.

The Inspection trips are arranged on a basis that includes:

• Up to 4 nights accommodation in a luxury villa with private pool.
• Transfers to and from the airport

*Please note that we are able to offer assistance in the booking of the flights, however the cost of the flights will be paid in full by the client. If however the client purchases a property during his trip, the total cost of the flights will be refunded.

A typical four day Inspection Trip will be based on the following itinerary:

DAY 1: Arrival Day
Meet & Greet at the airport. Your representative will take you to your accommodation and if time permits, for dinner in a traditional Cyprus Tavern.

DAY2:
10:00 - Pick up from your accommodation by our representative and head out to view properties
12:30 - Lunch
14:00 - Property viewings including information on the local areas
16:00 - Coffee and discussion
17:00 - Return to your accommodation

DAY3:
10:00 - Pick up from your accommodation by our representative and head out to view property.
12:30 - Lunch and discussion over chosen property (if applicable)
14:00 - Contracts to be signed (if applicable)
17:00 - Return to your accommodation

DAY4: Departure Day
Departure from accommodation and your representative will take you to the airport.

***Please note that this itinerary is simply an example and every client will have an individually planned schedule to cater for their specific needs.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All inspection trip applications will be subject to approval based upon relative criteria.
• Maximum of two adults per trip.
• Your Inspection Trip should be booked at least 5 days prior to your departure.
• United Investments reserve the right to decline any Inspection Trip application at their discretion.
