Property rentals in Cyprus are separated in two categories

Long term rentals that consider people that live here and dont want to buy a property yet, or people that are in Cyprus for business. The price of the rentals varies according to the type of the property and of course according to the location of the property. All the types of property are availlable for rent, apartments town houses, maisonettes and villas but if you go a bit further out of town you can only rent houses or villas. Town prices start from 150cyp for apartments and 250cyp for maisonettes or town houses. Luxury villas prices start from 500cyp a month.
